Terms of Service

1. Service Description

These Terms of Service govern the use of scalevo.agency and the services provided by Scalevo Agency LLC (Florida, USA — in formation), operated by Lucas Perkic.

Scalevo provides Automation-as-a-Service, AI workflow implementation, AI assistant setup, and optional video production add-ons for rollout, onboarding, sales enablement, and campaign support. Services include:

• AaaS audits and workflow mapping
• Automation and AI workflow packages
• AI assistant and chatbot implementation
• Optional video production add-ons
• Monthly managed support bundles

All deliverables, timelines, formats, and pricing are agreed upon in writing (email or project brief) before production begins.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated. EUR pricing is available on request for EU-based clients — current exchange rates apply at the time of invoicing.

Standard payment terms: 50% upfront deposit upon project agreement, 50% upon delivery of final files. Project work does not begin until the deposit is received. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For EU clients: where VAT applies under applicable EU rules (e.g., reverse charge mechanism for B2B), the client is responsible for any applicable VAT in their jurisdiction.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

3. Intellectual Property

Client ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of agreed final deliverables. This includes the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and monetize delivered assets for any commercial purpose, in perpetuity, worldwide.

Public reference rights: Scalevo does not currently display video work publicly. Future completed work may be displayed as a public reference only when quality, permission, and confidentiality requirements are met.

Intermediate files: Raw footage, project files, and intermediate renders remain the property of Scalevo unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

Third-party assets: Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to any assets (logos, brand materials, product footage) provided to Scalevo for use in production.

4. Revisions and Approval

The number of included revision rounds is specified per service tier. Standard packages include two revision rounds. Premium packages include three revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at an agreed hourly or per-revision rate.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this period, the project is considered approved and accepted. Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email) with clear, consolidated feedback.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before production begins: If a project is cancelled by the client before production has started, the deposit is refunded in full within 14 days.

During production: If a project is cancelled after production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If production is more than 50% complete, the client is invoiced for work completed to date.

Scalevo-initiated cancellation: If Scalevo is unable to complete a project, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued within 14 days.

EU consumer right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. This right expires once production has commenced with your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scalevo Agency LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Scalevo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunities, even if Scalevo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

EU consumers: Nothing in this section limits or excludes statutory liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU or member state consumer protection law.

7. Warranties and Representations

Scalevo warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and that final deliverables will materially conform to the agreed project brief. We do not warrant specific business outcomes or results from the use of delivered systems or assets.

The website and any sample content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

For EU consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply where they provide greater protection than Florida law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active projects, the terms in effect at the time of project agreement apply.
