When you submit the contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server Log Files

Our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) automatically collects technical information in server log files: browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and time of request. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not combined with other data sources.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Västriku tn 2, 50403, Tartu, Estonia). Plausible Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). • Contact inquiries: To respond to your message and manage our business relationship (legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance)
• Server logs: To ensure technical stability and security of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest)
• Analytics: To understand aggregate website usage patterns — no personal data involved

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking tools. No cookies are set by this website.

Contact inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship, typically no longer than 3 years after the last interaction. Server log files are retained by Netlify per their standard data retention policies (typically 30 days). We do not retain analytics data that is personal — Plausible Analytics is fully anonymous.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Our website is hosted by Netlify in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. By using this website and contacting us, you acknowledge this transfer.
