1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Scale Evo website (scalevo.agency) and the video production services offered by Scale Evo. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Scale Evo provides AI-powered video production services including brand films, LinkedIn videos, product explainers, and social media ads. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before production begins.

3. Free Sample Videos

Scale Evo may offer free sample videos for demonstration purposes. Free samples are provided without obligation. Ownership of the sample video transfers to the client upon delivery. Scale Evo retains the right to use the sample in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered videos for their intended purpose. Scale Evo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery. All prices are stated in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

6. Revisions

The number of included revision rounds depends on the selected service tier. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional charges as agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scale Evo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
